FirstLight partnering with Davis Hill Development
FirstLight Power, an energy producer and storage company with facilities in Northfield and Montague, has partnered with Davis Hill Development to develop a suite of solar, energy storage and hybrid assets in Connecticut to operate both independently and in coordination with FirstLight’s existing fleet of hydropower assets.
According to a FirstLight press release, the company already operates the largest portfolio of renewable energy generation projects in Connecticut. With this partnership, FirstLight seeks to deliver more clean energy to help meet the state’s goal of achieving a 100% zero-carbon electric sector by 2040.
