Seymour BZA to meet Tuesday night
The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the training room upstairs at the Seymour Police Department, 205 N. Ewing St.
The agenda includes two land use variances that were given favorable recommendations from the Seymour Plan Commission during a meeting Aug. 12.
The first one is from Andrew Stauffer and Luke Langellier to allow the use of property at 1471 W. Tipton St. to bring their light manufacturing business, S and S Diesel Motorsport, to Seymour to do small component assembly and testing. It’s currently zoned C-3 (heavy commercial) and would go to I-1 (light industrial).
The other one is from Kyle and Trinity Wischmeier to open a dog grooming business in a portable building in the backyard of their home at 1053 Louise Court. It’s currently zoned R-1 (single-family residential) and would go to C-2…
