Police surround Palm Springs business, suspect may have gun

Palm Springs Police are surrounding a business in the 600 block of South Palm Canyon Drive.

Not many details are being released at this time but Police PIO Sgt. Mike Casavan says “a person at a business in that area was believed to be in possession of a firearm. We have not yet made contact with the person inside the location.”
Palm Springs Police adds that they have shut down South Palm Canyon Drive near Sunny Dunes Road. Please steer clear of the scene.
