Glenville business gets award for sun protection measures
Wolf Hollow Brewing Company in Glenville has received the Cancer Prevention in Action award for establishing cancer prevention policies at its business.
The award was presented Wednesday by Cancer Prevention in Action at St. Mary’s Healthcare for Fulton, Montgomery and Schenectady Counties, according to a press release from the organization.
The brewing company earned the recognition by putting a sunscreen dispenser in the patio area, installing six shade sails in the stone area to keep the sun away and by building a gazebo on the greenspace area. Wolf Hollow also gives its employees paid time off for cancer screenings.
