At the crossroads between small town charm, commerce options | Monday’s Man
I know there’s nothing brave or particularly original about agreeing with an editorial printed in the newspaper you work for, but I just want to expand a little bit on an editorial printed last week in The News-Enterprise concerning Dollar General stores.
First off, I understand the frustration people have about the 17 Dollar General locations found throughout the county. I would venture to say 17 of anything can be annoying.
I like to eat a donut every now and then but I don’t need 17 of them. I like “What a Fool Believes” by the Doobie Brothers but I don’t need to hear it 17 times in a row.
